WordPress development
WordPress is a powerful content management system with a friendly back end. I build custom themes and templates so each page can have the layout it needs.
About Matteo
A passionate freelance web developer who loves turning ideas into websites.
Hello, thanks for stopping by
I'm Matteo, a freelance web developer. I spent 12+ years in internet marketing and took some programming classes along the way, but only decided to go all in on development later.
When I was looking for a career change, I went back for programming and development courses. A local group called LaunchCode tutored people through the course, and that changed everything: less than a year later I had my first job as a web developer.
Today I run my own freelance business while also working consistently with a small marketing company.
Have a design in mind? I can bring it to life on the web. Prefer to work with a designer? I have a partner designer who can take your vision and turn it into a beautiful website, and I'll build it.
I guarantee great work at an affordable price, and I'm happy to earn your business no matter your budget.
Expertise
What I'm good at
Responsive website design
Sites that look great and function properly on every device.
Plugin customization
Extending and tailoring plugins to make life easier for you and your visitors.
Front-end & back-end

Outside of work
Guitar, volleyball and tennis
Playing guitar is a huge passion of mine. I pick it up daily, and these days I lean toward acoustic and folky music, where I used to be all about rock 'n' roll. I'm not much of an athlete, but I enjoy volleyball and tennis, and I usually join a recreational league in the summer to have fun, get social and get some exercise.
Let's work together
I'm available for consulting, collaboration and contract work, big or small.
